My new name...

Last week, during a session with schizo patients, I was asked to introduce myself.

Nurse: So what's your name again? (I already told her it's Keng)
K : It's Keng.
Nurse: Oh ok. (Enter room). Ok people, is it ok if a medical student join us today. Great. Thanks. Come on in, Kenny.
K : ....ok.. thanks.
Nurse: Ok let's start by doing a short introduction...

Everyone else introduced themselves.
K : Hi, I am ... Ken.....g, a 4th yr medical student.
Everyone else: Hi Kenny!!!

*I give up*
I guess there is no point in correcting a roomful of schizo patients (including the nurse!!!)

This week I made sweet and sour pork, which I had a craving for weeeeekkkss now. I tried a new recipe online on how to make it crunchier and made the sauce from scratch. Tasted really nice. The sauce was good and the pork was crunchy even after stir frying the sauce with it. The secret is to double fry the pork (yes fattening...).

Simple miso spinach soup. I added mirin into the miso soup paste and some sesame along with the spinach. It tasted so much better =)
